These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Shreenath Enterprises website and all commercial transactions including quotations, tax invoices, and product supply. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Quotations and Pricing

  • Validity: All quotes provided by Shreenath Enterprises are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in writing, due to fluctuations in raw material costs (steel and polyester).

  • Errors: We reserve the right to correct any clerical or typographical errors in quotations or product descriptions.

  • Taxes: Prices quoted are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless explicitly mentioned as “GST Inclusive.”

2. Payment and Tax Invoices

  • Invoicing: A formal Tax Invoice will be issued for every transaction, reflecting our registered MSME status (Udyam: UDYAM-MH-0079038).

  • Payment Terms: Payments must be made via bank transfer (RTGS/NEFT), UPI, or cheque as per the terms agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

  • Interest on Late Payment: Shreenath Enterprises reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 18% per annum from the due date until the date of payment.

3. Product Usage and Safety Disclaimer

  • Safety Factors (SF): Customers must strictly adhere to the Safety Factors specified for each product, such as the 5:1 or 7:1 ratios for Polyester Webbing Slings.

  • No Liability for Misuse: Shreenath Enterprises, led by Gangaram Varma and Prince Varma, shall not be held liable for any accidents, damages, or injuries resulting from the improper use, overloading, or lack of maintenance of lifting and rigging hardware.

  • Inspection: It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all products (e.g., Wire Ropes, Slings, Turnbuckles) for wear and tear before every use.

4. Delivery and Logistics

  • Local Delivery: For our clients in the Mumbai region, delivery timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation.

  • Shipping Risk: While we ensure high-quality packaging for all lashing and rigging gear, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the third-party carrier.

5. Returns and Cancellations

  • Custom Orders: Custom-fabricated items, such as specific lengths of Wire Rope Slings or hand-spliced ropes, are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.

  • Standard Items: Returns for standard stock items are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the products are in original, unused condition and are accompanied by the original tax invoice.

6. Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: All disputes arising from transactions with Shreenath Enterprises are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
